I’m Baaaaaack

Hey there,

It’s been absolutely AGES since I last posted… what can I say except for babies, diapers, spew, and a whole lotta newborn cuddles?

So, quick update: We moved back to Canada from Australia to be around family (which has been an amazing support), Hugo is now two, and Carter was born a few months ago.  He’s fab.

To be honest, I’ve been a little more busy than fit as I adjust to life with two.  Microwave dinners are a thing (as is cereal for meals other than breakfast sometimes), and there’s not so much fresh baking going on (apart from the muffins kindly delivered by my mom and Oma).

But along with Spring, change is in the air.  The workouts have started up again, and I’ll have a few openings for personal training clients coming up.  Let me know if you’re interested.

As for new recipes here on the blog… nope.  Refer to the clean eating recipes already here.

My biggest recommendation is to keep washed & chopped veggies on hand in the fridge so you’re good to nibble at a moment’s notice.  I try to do it as soon as I get home from the grocery store, fyi.
